PS3 Remove lock/unlock/delete trophy options from PS3 4.92 Evilnat

Is there any way to hide or remove the options to lock/unlock/delete trophies on Evilnat 4.92? I want to hide these options because I don't want to be able to cheat trophies. I've had Evilnat for a while and I've always had the delete option on the trophy list, I had now noticed the "Lock" and "Unlock" options appear.

You can by patching the explorer_plugin.srpx and you won't be able to cheat because they will not sync to psn.

CEX CFW don't have debug features, so stick to that Evilnat flavor instead PEX (a mix up).

Nat patched the explorer_plugin.sprx to have debug settings on CEX.
