remove Reload xmb in webman mod

after using webman mod browser

RELOADXMB Is part of the components of wMM. If you don't want it, unlink the folder /dev_hdd0/game/RELOADXMB

Avoid to use the online update. If you use it you will get it again.

here is no RELOAD XMB folder. previous versions did not have this icon. it only happens when I update the folders via browser webmod
