Replace IDPS Permanatly

It's been about couple years now since I had my jailbreak ps3. I got to admit that I was online a lot playing Call of Duty. Cheating, but I wasn't giving players hard time. Until recently, a player really pissed off everybody and yes I had couple beers, so I wasn't thinking right and I got 64 kills out of 75. The next day I was BANNED both console and account.( Well deserved
I always disable syscalls and change my username while playing.

To get unbanned, do I need IDPS or PSID or both? What is the best way to do it?

But there arent any rules agenst talking about it here as far as i know.

Keep your book to yourself. And like Blood said, lets not take a simple question to the next level. You don't like Mods, ignore the question.
FYI, I don't mod to make others players measurable or feel I am in control. I am just learning things.
