Replace rsx

Hi guys. I have a Ver-001 board version. RSX is shorted to gnd and i m gonna Replace it. Rsx is 65nm versione (2991gb) . Can i solder a 2982gb(65nm) or the newest 40nm version? Thx
 
Reballing an RSX is a bit more difficult than just soldering a new one on and requires a rework station. There are a few threads on this somewhere on this site, I don't have any handy though, sorry.

Thx for your reply. We repair ps4 evry day. We have proper tools and bga machines.
