Hi, Im bishal. i know you are thinking that i'm a new member but im with psx place about last 3 years but joined now. im on CFW . on EVILNAT i saw that there a option in Cobra section > Create fake account and another is Active Account.
and my request is to ps3hen Developers that
(Could you or PS3HEN Developer add these menu on ps3 hen)
only two option
1. Create fake account
2.active Account
..........sorry For my English

This issue has been already solved in the latest version of Apollo save tool.
Just install and use Apollo to activate a HEN console offline.

Apollo will activate the current account, it won't create a new account. Just keep in mind the account must be an offline account with no linked account_id.
Apollo will take the current offline account, assign a fake "account_id", and then activate it, generating the act.dat .

For best experience on PS3HEN I recommend having webman mod installed, as Apollo will create a config file for wMM to automatically restore the fake act.dat file when HEN is enabled. (if you're using HEN the fake act.dat gets erased on each boot)
