awaiting a version for HAN
Last edited:
I have no plans to even look at it. so no. Unless someone else wants to look into it.
Not happening unless someone else wants to do it for HAN.awaiting a version for HAN
Yes, it could be used for that, but it's not really practical as you need to download all the files into the correct locations.we can use it to download han support files to dev_blind directly ?
You should know by now that we can't modify sprx/self/eboots on HAN.about download_plugin.sprx
in case the one you posted only works in cfw? so I would have to edit the original sprx is this?

You can use the download_list.xml on super slim. It will allow downloading to dev_flash2 and dev_flash3 as standard, and also will allow downloading to dev_blind, and to dev_hdd1 if they are mounted. Can you try it in super slim or is it not recommended?
dev_blind/vsh/module/Noob question, but where does the download.sprx plugin go? Folder wise
Is there any way to edit the bytes that I sign with the original sony keys?Is there any way to edit the bytes that I sign with the original sony keys?dev_blind/vsh/module/
Once this is a bit more polished, I will make an installer.
No, we don't have any Sony original keys except for 3.55 keys, if you get new keys let me know.
Then we can resign every sprx and have full CFW on all consoles.
I tried in all ways yesterday using ps3tools, change this file without having to mess with the extension of it, I was able to change the data that you indicated, but at the time of turning it back into SPRX the file is signed with the old cfw keys , I still dare to test but gave a softbrick. I believe this would be possible in hfw just like HAN.No, we don't have any Sony original keys except for 3.55 keys, if you get new keys let me know.

Sony has them in a vault somewhere. We would need to pull off some mission impossible style shit to get those.I wonder where the PS3 keys are stored !!!
Well, its a public key/private key situation. The PS3 has the public key, which can only decrypt, Sony has the private key which can encrypt aka sign stuff.Lol , haha.
But cant we at least know the location where the keys are stored ? I mean by debugging (checking log) the PS3 when it communicates to check for keys.
I think it can be done in RAM no problem, but maybe not worth it. I don't use HAN so not bothered now.Nice! You finally solved it. I'm not sure if this would work as a memory patch, but I think there is some way this could be done on OFW. I'm just sick of testing stuff haha.
