PS3 Resigning ps3 save file for psn user profile

Hello everyone
I have a question i would like a little help with. As you know playing call of duty black ops on ps3 online will not let you save your stats with newly created accounts. Everytime you restart the game all your online level will disappear and you are back to level 1.
I found i had an old ps3 save data from another account of mine called "psn user profile save" something like that. I tried copying it to my newly created account of course without resigning it. When i booted up COD BO and went online it said that this account was not mine, and that i should delete it.
My question comes here now:

Do you think resigning the save will make me able to play online and it saving my stats again? Because as you know you have to have an old account that has been made before 2019 or so for it to save because leaderboards are not updated anymore?

Thank you and happy new years

Even if you downloaded a Save file from an Account that was created before 2019 ... it won't be any good to you because to use the Save file you must Resign it to your Account created after 2019 .. which defeats the purpose of what you want to achieve.

I've used PS3 Save Resigner many times ... and you have to decrypt to save file, change the Console ID / User ID / Account ID to your info and then re-emcrpyt and resign and then you can use it.

Just a wild guess ... the Account ID probably has the time stamp of when the account was created.

And with that wild guess ... you (in theory) would need to change the Account ID on your PS3 to match the one in a old Save created on pre 2019 Account.

I have ZERO idea if that is even possible :/
