But now i download latest 'Databases' and 'Machines' and move them to System directory of Retroarch. Now when i load Donkey Kong (1982).col , PS3 doesn't freezes but this thing just show up:

But i still can Quit and PS3 does not freezes

It's just the system emulated you see.
Then you should run the game. What you see is the prompt of the commands.
To run a game the command in basic programming language is 'run'.
I'll try to give before the command list just typing list on the screen. You need keyboard i guess.
Then try to type 'run' or 'run disk'

These cores need specialist users who already know how they work because they tried them on other platforms such as pc. That's way how i've been able to find the reason because prosystem didn't work properly in past (big-endian issues).

First time I see that in RA you have to install bios :/.

Bios are needed for a number of cores.

prboom (must have a system file, no so much a bios file, so that is included since its not copyrighted files, this version does not need it)

Freeintv for example http://docs.libretro.com/library/freeintv/ but there're many other ones.
Looking at the docs on the libretro for every core you try to use is the best choice.

I download a romset (Approx 200 rom) of Mattel-Intellvision core, but non of them does not includes BIOS. i must download them Separately and one by one from another sites ?

It's not allowed to discuss about bios downloaded by any place on the web because bios are often copyrighted files.

I can't help but noticed that some in this thread said "everything working great". Then do not know anything about Bios files? That would suggest you do not know if "everything works" great as you would need bios to test everything properly and as you see above many cores need bios.

Please unless you actually test "gameplay" do not say something works, Just makes a it harder for everyone that way.

Nah, it doesn't freeze the ps3 after pressing okay. You can use the d-pad of the ps3 gamepad just going on quick menu->options->use analog and controls->retropad w/analog
Warning: don't play too around puae core, it could corrupt the retroarch.cfg file and then you need to delete it via ftp.

I did not say it freezes but you can not do anything but it freezes but you can get back to xmb L3 + R3

puae core not corrupt retroarch.cfg, only vice64 corrupt retroarch.cfg, some options do not work either. I was able to turn on the C64 game but after switching on the combination of L3 + R3 ps3 freez
