It seems I have a very weird bug.
First time I started a pc engine game, I forgot to define the buttons for ingame menu (r3+l3, I didnt know the original combination.)
My menu gui was xmb.
I pushed around the buttons, til retroarch froze, ok.
Then now, with a lot of emulators (cores) when I use menu gui xmb and press ingame menu button, retroarch freezes.
When I use other menu gui all is good. I tried to reinstall retroarch, deleted retroarch.cfg, salamander.cfg, no luck, still freeze,
for example with fbneo light core and cpsIII and also cpsII games, when I push ingame menu button, retroarch freezes.
Only with xmb menu gui, with other menu gui ingame menu appears.
Any suggestions to solve this issue? Thanks.
Ps.: Ad Ps1 emulation.
Ok, I have a ps3 slim with a sdd hdd. Official Sony eboots are compressed, so sometimes the emulation is not excellent, and a little bit laggy. I ll give you an example:
Bust-A-Move 4 (PSX) (Official PSN)
It is a cdda game. It seems sony transformed the wav files to at3 files, so you have a loss in sound quality.
When you look at the size of the eboot, only 40 mb. Also when you play the game, it seems there is a lag between video and sound, music seems to be at least always 2 sec too late.
