Download fbneo_light_libretro_ps3.SELF from new repository.

When you said overlays you did want to mean it doesn't work with shaders, like for example, scanlines?

Hello I recently start to use my PS3 with CFW, so i'm totally ignorant.
I had some experience with the retroarch PC version.
The Crystal retroarch community edition Is the best retroarch version for PS3?
I started to use It, and i saw that miss some core than the PC Version(ex Mame 2010), i saw well or maybe i made some mistake with the download? I download the #3 of the First post. Or miss because Is unuseful?
Anyway congratulations for this great job

i saw that miss some core than the PC Version(ex Mame 2010)

some cores do not work on PS3 but were often included in official PS3 version anyway. the community edition removes them and fixes some bugs. it also removes some features that do not work or crash PS3. it is the best version for now. the retroarch team is working on a new PS3 version but it may take them some time.

Hello guys and happy new year!!!
There is a little update:
On your Retroarch PSX CE edition modity Retroarch.cfg:

core_updater_buildbot_cores_url = "http://retropsxce.000webhostapp.com/"

change to:

core_updater_buildbot_cores_url = "http://cristaldi.github.unict.it/"

save it again on PS3
Download and unzip this fbneo core updated: link then put it into cores folder overwritting old one.
Start Retroarch PSX CE and open new FBNeo core. Now it (FBNeo core) will show you new update repository.

You can download the update from menu update..........

This genesis gx is ready to segacd?
It frezzes ps3. Tested with sonic cd and final fight cd.
Previous build works ok, except by sound stuttering

@Crystal I too have the same issue with Sega CD, shows that emulator loaded, then just a black screen, it worked for me flawlessly in previous prior to core update.

Any hope for a newer mGBA version like the 0.9.3 one?

mGBA works, but it will cause your playlists to disappear until you load a different core. Cannot find the root cause.
