Thank you @Crystal I updated the unofficial repack of RA CE beta 0.4 including the latest 66 cores (539 MB).

The users with RA CE beta 0.4, use Online Updater > Update Installed Cores. Only the new cores will be downloaded.

So if Im understand correctly your uploaded RA contains every cores? Im asking because I dont have internet connection on my PS3.

Yes. That's why I'm updating the unofficial repack.
The official "CE" beta 0.4 only has 1 core and the user needs to download the other cores from the PS3.
My unofficial repack has 66 cores updated up to today.

Someone else could test .gg roms using latest Gearsystem?

I seem to remember that in the past Gearsystem has had issues with not being able to play some games correctly, or at all.

simple use online updater for core update?

2nd question... save state on picodrive with phantasy star roms (zipped), games freeze when i try to save state but the music continue and retroarch isnt freezed... why savestate not works?

ps=genesisgx emulator works good with save state (in fact damon of asteborg does not have the sram error when starting the rom)

Something goes wrong with retroarch-salamander.cfg. Delete it (and retroarch.cfg, too) and then start retroarch.

Latest fbneo system16 emulation is so slow...back to older builds should solve the problem. I ll try it.

Logging was disabled. I ve replaced fbneo with previous build (from CE beta 3) and works without problem.

Anything wrong....

Anyone try out the Genesis GX wide core yet? I gave it a try, but I get an alignment issue on the right side of the screen with games like; Street Racer, Mortal Kombat II and Streets of Rage. All of which should work okay, as seen on Youtube videos.

There's a line across the screen on the right side vertically, as if it doesn't align correctly with the rest of the picture. Left side is fine.

I tried out difference core settings, shaders off, but nothing seems to fix it.

i have 1.10 but interal core updater not works and i cant download/update the core with retroarch

Reinstall from scratch beta 04.... simply way.
Updated other cores.... Odyssey2 core supports voice now.

I just tested 1x Sega Saturn Bin-cu + 1x Sega Dreamcast .cdi on my oldest 2010 laptop with memory 3gb ram

on Retroarch 1.10.0 - Flycast (v1.2-56-g20571c5) and Yabause (v.0.9.15 17dfcd8)

Retroarch/system : sega_101.bin + mpr-17933.bin
Retroarch/system : dc / 1ST_READ.bin + dc_boot.bin + dc_flash.bin + naomi.zip

Dreamcast FAST STRIKER.cdi and SINOBI X / Legion / Shin Shinobi Den bin-cue boot/play FLAWLESSLY !!
I was truly shocked to realise that today!

My question is :

I know the cores was available years ago on PS3 Retroarch but was cut because the core didnt worked back then. (even on big end retroarch computer!)

theses games dont ask a lots of ressource , I wondering if you could add theses cores for us members to make test with theses games because they work FLAWLESSLY now.

P.S. I tried Beettle -Saturn emulator and it was really more 'clunky' vs the old Yabause
Im telling you , i was SHOCKED to realise both game i tested work 1:1 (speed/sound etc) !!!
its really exciting moment !

Because it works on another platform does not mean it will work on the PS3.
The PS3 and your Laptop have a very different architecture.

Those core's were never available on the PS3 years ago as you mentioned,

Mednafen PS3 does have a yabuse core within it, You can test it out. but i will save you the time and say do not bother. It will run the Bios slowly and will not boot most games, Bubble Bobble will boot and play but is super slow and is a very SIMPLE game that struggles.
