PS3 RSX Pinout - testing RSX off board

Is there any way to test if an RSX is good when its removed from the board?
I've salvaged some 65nm and 90nm RSX chips from various PS3s while setting up my ACHI PRO SC and i'd like to make sure i didnt harm them in the removal process.
 
Found the pinouts and ohm reading in my syscon scripts folder.
Looks like i'm yet to salvage a re-usable RSX :(
 
IMO resistance testing means nothing unless you see shorts or open circuits. Ive installed many chips way outside of the "good" ranges and they worked perfectly fine.
