RSX Reballing) Contact Broken from Chip or just with no lot?t? (RSX

Hey,

i have a Problem i want to reball my ps3 but there are
8 copper colored dots without solder on the rsx, is it just without solder or is it broken?

I wanted to solder the RSX back on after reballing, do I have to buy a new one or is it still intact?

Hello.
First, remove all the old solder, clean and then try to use multimeter to test the points.
