I made a backup of Codebreaker 10 (.iso) and used it on the emulator and codes worked fine. Can I use a save file from PSCX2 and use this save on a PS3 internal PS2 memory card? If so how?

You can.

Answer depend if Your console is hacked and which emulator You are using on PS3. For emulators which using unencrypted VMC, You can just copy VMC from PCSX2 (*.ps2), rename it to *.VM2 (case sensitive), put into vmcs dir on PS3 HDD and rebuild database. If encrypted, then You must encrypt this card using target games klicense and put into target game's savedata dir or import it via XMB.

It's jailbroken...I tried this process activating codebreaker 10 in emulator to unlock cheats but instead of game save it was codebreaker save figured I erred somewhere lol?
