PS3 Sen Made Everything Region Locked, Please Help

Hi, I am coming back to the PS3 modding scene since 2015. Recently, I tried to update my JB PS3 using SEN to the latest firmware. Everything ran smoothly but when I restarted my console I tried to load a game/use my tools, but everything says "cannot open due to region lock"... I can not even get back into SEN to revert back to my OEM firmware which was 4 something...

I have tried to use working CFW's to see if it will fix it, but every time I try it... it says " data corrupted "

I would appreciate if someone could help me since I have looked on the web but couldn't find an absolute solution to this issue, I tried to contact the DEV, but no response.

If anyone can help me with this problem and get me back online, ill give you some $$.

You cannot downgrade firmware on OFW.
You cannot run not properly signed contents on OFW.
You cannot run external modules on OFW.
You cannot install CFW over OFW past 3.55.

You must first hack Your console by i.e PS3Xploit if You want install CFW (if Your model is even compatible, for those which aren't, only HEN is possible).

My PS3 is fully jailbroken before HEN was a thing. I can run either CEX/DEX. I watched a video showing that SEN was the best tool to use to upgrade/spoof to make it seem like the newest firmware, my console is spoofed to the newest firmware, but its region locked. I am just very confused because other people have had the same issue, but there is no solution so far...but those people were JB with HEN. I am trying to figure out if I messed up using SEN because my PS3 is fully jailbroken, and wondering if I could fix it.

what was error code with that "data corrupted" error?
 
@Nacq SEN is Sony Entertainment Network, not a tool... So I have no idea what are You talking about because You saying about updating firmware, which You cannot by i.e SEN Enabler application with which You probably mislead it.

I used Sen enabler v6.2.7 by Evilnat for CEX, and followed the tutorial post on this website on how to install it. Everything went smoothly, besides the fact it says region locked now. Sorry about that, I didn't mean to confuse you! I forgot to add enabler, hopefully that clears the confusion.

turn off the spoof in sen enabler and then try to install 4.87 cfw.

That's the thing, After spoofing to 4.87 with sen enabler it made everything region locked including sen enabler... meaning I have no access to get back in and turn the spoof off.

Can anyone help me get rid of the spoof without going back into sen enabler since I can't go back into the app?

The DEX position cannot install CEX CFW, you must install DEX CFW or convert to CEX then install CEX CFW.

So, I should try a DEX software and see if my console lets me update it with a DEX CFW, do u think that will fix it? If it gives me the same error any suggestions? I don't know if this site allows people to contact off the site, but if anyone has time today and has Skype lmk, I will give you some cash for your time if you fix my problem!
