PS3 Shadow of the Colossus freez

I have a CHECHG04, it runs CFW 4.91.2 Evilnat Cobra (8.5) beta 4 CEX and webman mod 1.47.45 full version. When I finish the game it inexplicably freeze, nearly at the same point, during the final credits. I try to run it both from .iso, jb folder and disc, but it freeze always at the same point. The ps3 has been cleaned and repasted recently, max temp set to 60°, and never had ylod. Any idea on how to individuate or fix the issue?
