PS3 Should I try to recreate Elite Edition tools for modern versions?

This would ideally start as separate apps, then be included as one big tool suite; this would include the following:

* TP PREP TOOL

* ARC Extractor/packer

* FUI Editor

* PCK Studio

* BINKA to WAV/MP3 converter

* COL Editor

these would also, naturally, be open source.

PCK Studio is not my tool, it was created after my tools. Also i have the updated tools.
ARC tools do not need updating
COL Edit is internalized in my prep im pretty sure.
