PS3 sign in error code

Hi, i have a new PS3 from a friend.
My way with it :
1/ HEN to CFW
2/ CFW to "3.55.4 REBUG"
3/ 3.55 to 4.84.2 REX REBUG
4/Using CEX2DEX
5/ i need to download Netflix and a maybe other things
6/ sign-in but obtain this error : "80023154"
7/Rebug Toolbox -> Change ps3id to "EID5: 85(CEX)"
8/try now to Sign-in again BUT new error code "80023017"
9/R2 + /\ for delete history and syscall
10/going to sign-in again BUT same error code "80023017"

i think is because im not on the latest update, but i have try to use SENenabler, but he are at 4.87 and have the same error code"80023017" in sign-in mail/code step

my Debug setting:
NP environment : "np"
BGM Player : ON
Region : Europe
Release Check Mode :"Development Mode"
NP DEBUG : OFF
BOOT MODE : "RELEASE MODE" <- i have try in "systeme software" too
SF Force : ON <- i dont know what is it

Can you help me please ? i need a maybe to use latest firmware before install 4.84.2 again ? the web are FULL of PS3 obsolete things we can't find anything in google with wordkey because he show 2016 thing or more old link.

Thank you very much for explain me what is the good way in 2022 for the latest DEX (i use DEX PS3 in 2015 last time)

I have the QA flag enabled,

i have try they two Environment and try "MGMT" too but i can't sign in, i keep the same error code.

how can i fix the "SERVER UNKNOW" error ?

i have create new account psn on PC and try to connect it directly on my PS3 but he said is bad password or account, or 2 step security.
i have activated the 2 step security after this message but he said me always the same things

i have tried to modify my rebug toolbox setting like that :

System Mode : Normal
Menu Debug type : CEX QA
CFW MOD in XMB : Disabled
Host Info in XMB : Disabled
COBRA : disabled

My target type and LV2 is in DEX is maybe that ?
i don't remenber that make a trouble with account in the past.
hmm a maybe im banned ? but i do the jailbreack now and my friend play online previously i buy her ps3

After a few test and try i have upgrade my cfw to evilnat 4.89, and i can sign in withouth difficulty.
If i go again into 4.84.2 REBUG for switch to DEX, the psn can be bypass like a past ?
for exemple can i play online with my friend (like COD zombie) and switch offline for play solo game ?
