Hi. I use PS3 Hen 3.0.1 on 4.86, and recently when i tried to sign in on PSN, it said that software update is required, I know that i shouldn't update it. What do I do now?

You first of all need to install 4.87 hybrid firmware (HFW), after which you can install HEN 3.0.2 which has been updated to support 4.87.

Does it have any bugs, problems or crashes, and will anything on my console be lost?
