PS3 Singstar

Hi. I now own a PS3 again and I have purchased SingStar agian. Several years ago I already own this game and downloaded several songs for the game and I thought it was possible to redownload these songs. I have tried to Google this if it is possible and when i enter the game after the update it said I should go to the SingStar XMB but I do not have this can cannot find it in the Playstation store. Can someone help me or tell me if it is at least possible to do or what my options are.

Can someone tell me if the free app is available on PS4 and if so what is it called as i cant seem to find it there either
