Hi everyone, Suffering from a weird problem. In my slim PS3 2001A with CFW when trying to boot a ps2 iso game in 480i resolution through component cable, my ps3 turns off and keeps bleeping the red light until i press the power button and turn it on again.
Using HDMI however the ps2 games work fine with no issues. I even tried playing ps3 games in 480i through component cables and they don't seem to cause any issues. My ps3 also doesn't seem to overheat in anyway. I tried on my other 2501A ps3 slim and it suffers from the same extact issues.
I can't seem to find any solution to this searching the internet. Hopefully someone could help me in this forum.
