My PS3 is running HFW 4.91 with HEN updated. It has been crashing on a black screen after starting pkgs, randomly. Random crashes also occur when exiting games via xmb. Sometimes the power button doesn't even work, so I unplug the power cord. Sometimes it works. I've already formatted and reinstalled everything, but the problem persists. I don't know if it's normal, but after installing HEN, a notification pops up saying that some txt or plugin is missing or has been deleted, but no error occurs. I will post a picture soon because the message is quick. Could this black screen crash be a hardware or software problem? Maybe a problem with the HD or a missing file from the HEN or HFW installation?
