PS3 (Solved) CFW corrupt lockdown help needed

Hi Guys looking for some help please.
so after being stuck in the house for a week and not being able to get a new console from amazon until next week, thought i would dust of the old PS3 and see what i can get working, so i have a Phat CECHG which when i run miniver says 1.90, so it should be able to install CFW, so far done the following,
1.installed OFW 4.85 twice
2. Installed HFW 4.85.1 twice
3. ran Exploit in Nand Dumper (completed Successful)
4. tested dump.hex all come back ok no errors (all green) not sure what else to look at here
5. try to install CFW 4.85 from normal and recovery every time stops with "the data is corrupted (8002F2C5)"
tried different firmware's and differnt USB same result. what i am doing wrong? what am i missing any help greatly appreciated.

You've dumped your unmodified flash and verified it, but have missed out the flash writer part of it, which is the most important step and what actually allows the installation of CFW. You're getting the error as you have not actually applied PS3Xploit yet.
