PS2 [SOLVED CheatDevice] Codebreaker v10 (unpatched elf) black screen

My memory foggy but what's the reason it does nothing on my secondary unit? The patched works but I only playing authentic discs in my second PS2, I don't need the added step of starting disc via LaunchELF

I was thinking maybe it can't be run as elf natively? That the patch allows that (it was many years ago a decade maybe I don't remember if unpatched ran on my SCPH 39001)

I've re-visited CheatDevice! Absolute golden I added in ChainDive (thanks GameHacking forum) and absolute perfection! I don't know why I had trouble with it so long ago pardon kill thread

Ahw that's more complicated than i think. Cheat Device v1.7.5 has many missing games in my hdd game list.

Replace all cheats in CheatDatabase.txt with these ones and add cheats for PAL games manually from here.
