(Solved) PS3HEN - Boot Plugin txt issue

So i was messing around this morning around ps3xpad to make it work with HEN so i made a boot_plugin.txt via FTP and rebooted and since then everytime i try enabling HEN my PS3 Boots off with the led turned off like if i unplugged it off power. and since i can't get Irisman's File Manager to work i can't delete the txt file i made which created all this mess.
So i was wondering if there is any other solution for this matter to be solved?
*Sorry for my terrible english as it is my 4th language.*

I also tried to connect the HDD to my laptop but didn't work unfortunately it just kept clicking and i thought i destroyed the HDD but when i placed it back in PS3 it works just fine.

Issue has been Resolved.
1- Get a USB Stick \ Pendrive
2- Create a blank boot_plugins.txt on it
3- connect it to your PS3 and enable HEN
4- Use your file manager or FTP to delete corrupt boot_plugins.txt on your HDD.

dont forget to change format the usb stick to Fat32, otherwise it wont works
