PS3 Some questions about my PS3 BC

Hello to the forum,
That's my first post.I have a small collection of PS Consoles and recently I got a PS3 BC CECHC04 for cheap. It has a serial number that starts with 08 and I can clearly see that there is another sticker underneath it. So is it a sony refurbished one?
It needed to be delidded and as I can see it has a 90nm RSX and also a KES Launch drive, that with the PCB exposed. So what did exactly sony changed? Is it possible that they have changed the RSX with a 90nm with non defective underfill - I heard someone saying that.
I can share the RSX info that's on my lv1 if it's needed.

Thank you.

I also have a CECHC04 that I bought at the launch. At some point it was sent in for repair and came back with a new serial number (08-…). The old serial number is underneath but unfortunately I can't read it to see if it matches the serial number on the box :(
In my case Sony had the bd-400 replaced with a bd-410 (the SACD compatible).
It has recently been given a 40nm RSX. Just like my other CECHA01/CECHB01/CECHE01-MG
