In fact, when I check the original Patent filling, I don't see any console at all (oh and please don't say because it's filled by "Sony Interactive Entertainment" because we saw already in the past many Patent filings where people "freaked out" about a "PS Vita successor" but at the end it was a toy for 2 yo childs) !!!!

Well, what is sure is they are not going to include it with the console because the console itself is expensive enought
But they could release it as a PS5 peripheral though, previously they made other "emotional robots" like the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AIBO
And that drawing of the robot in the patent that looks like a cloud... it looks intentional to dont define his shape... it could be anything
