PS3 Sound issues with my PS3

So I recently just bought a PS3 slim that's on the latest CFW Rebug. After some testing, I noticed that some of my games works well, but some games like POP has sound stuttering/ sound lagging. I've tried both backup AND disc, but the issue still persists. What's going on?
