PS3 Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Quits To XMB After First Loading Screen (PS3HEN)

(Super Slim PS3) Got the pkg files for Splinter Cell HD Collection. Pandora tomorrow works fine however, Chaos Theory is another story. The game pkg installs fine but the patches don't seem to work. The first patch works up to the first loading screen (with the night vision spinning in the right corner) then after it loads i'm booted back to XMB. If I apply the second patch its gets past the regulatory screen then stays black forever. Don't know why this is happening since Pandora Tomorrow works fine. All three games are from the same package rip.

Patches are named:
Patch Method 1) TOM_CLANCY'S_SPLINTER_CELL_CHAOS_THEORY_HD_NPEB00557_FIX102_341-355.pkg & Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory HD Patch 101.pkg (Doesn't get past first loading screen to main menu)

Patch Method 2) TOM_CLANCY'S_SPLINTER_CELL_CHAOS_THEORY_HD_NPEB00557_FIX102_421.pkg
& Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory HD Patch 102.pkg (Doesn't get past regulatory screen)

You should disable CFW syscalls, log into your PSN account, go to the store and re-download the games from there.
