PS3 Strange problem with controller

I doubt it then, if it was modded, or patched them maybe.

I have the same issue on BO2 on the menus but with all my controllers, but non of them do this if I play black ops 2 on OFW on my CECH4003A, or if I use any of the DS3 controllers on the PC, but I have BO2 GSC Injector Mod in the HDD temp folder and a DEBUG EBOOT and t3mp.self in the games folder which could be causing the issue for me, I just gave up looking for an answer to it , and now I have had the issue so long I barely get annoyed at it anymore.

The only thing I for certain is this started to happen straight after jail breaking the PS3, BO2 was the first game I backed up and tested fully, with and without mods and I am fairly certain this might have happened without mods as well now but cannot be 100% sure about this.

My problem is it work very well two months ago and the suddenly this problem appear!
when i playing this game i see this issue and i recently see some strange move with players that they didn't act like this before!!(it is so little but i see it sometimes)
 
i found a new thing.
this problem isn't only for me. when this problem occur the computer (AI) have this problem and they pass each other like mine whith special passes!!

and the other thing is this special pass sometimes occur and sometimes doesn't occur (but they switch very soon between each other ) without i pess :but l1:+:but x:

Sooo, the AI does the same thing... Are you sure this is not a thing that's supposed to happen then, or a bug?

yes i'm sure bcz i played this title on xbox 360 a few years ago and also it worked two month ago without any problem!!
