PS3HEN Syncing Trophies on 2023

Hi! I recently moded my PS3 ((for the first time!)) in order to play some games I have missed in the past. I also would like to sync the trophies I earned from these games. Now I have questions:
How is the state of syncing trophies on HEN? has anything changed in the last 3-4 years? I mean security wised.
Also is it worth it to do this on my main account that is pretty much active? ((would love to complete my trophy set!)) One of my friends moded his Vita and synced trophies on his main account but so far it's fine, I wonder if PS3 servers are more sensitive about this stuff or not...

So never known a ban with the Vita and been here since day one. As for the PS3 just sync your trophies when HEN isn't enabled is the "safest" way to do that but again nothing is foolproof. Luckily the bans aren't like they used to be. Now I will tell you if you use that account on other systems and it gets banned it bans the account and everything purchased across all platforms. Lost thousands of dollars when I got banned. All my PS4, PS3, Vita & PSP games gone in one fell swoop. So take caution with this.
