PS3 sys/fs_external.h no such file or directory

I'm trying to build all the cores available for ps3 from retroarch. I'm down to my last one, Mu. I get this error, but I cannot find any information about this file. I don't know where to go. I saw that it's a part of webman mod, I believe, so @aldostools ?
