Hi guys,
I get the error "program error or Auth failed" when reading the syscon on my PS3 cech 2500 jtp 001 motherboard.
I am using a uart cp2102 converter which does not have a 5 volt / 3 volt jumper but can work with both voltages.

With the default configuration I have 3.3 volts output on the power regulator out pin, so I am assuming everything is fine and working as expected (correct me if I am wrong).
I have already swapped the Rx and Tx cables without success, except that the software crashes a bit during the read sequence with this configuration.
What could be the problem?
