Temperatures high (at least I think) after deliding a CECHC04

I just finished deliding a CECHC04 with a 65nm Frankie (official from Sony) and the temperatures seem to be a little bit high. I tested the console in GT6 and I get around 67-68 degrees C on Cell and 60-63 degrees C on the RSX at 38-40% fan speed (webman is active). I should add that I did apply new thermal pads on the GS, VRM and back of the board. I used Arctic MX4 as the thermal paste.

I use liquid metal and a cell brace to get the lowest possible temps. Yes yes yes, I know you might think it's dangerous ect, however I use double sided heat tape around the CELL die and in between the ram chips on the RSX. I have never had a failure and I have sold lots of these consoles

Thanks for the info, but do you know where I can get the Cell brace from (preferably somewhere in Europe)?
