PS2 Test HDD fuse

I've been playing around with my old PS2-FAT that I haven't touched for about 15 years. I converted the official IDE network card to SATA, and I had it working, but I must have done something to bork it up. The hard drive got toasted somehow, and the PS2 won't even detect another prepped HDD. The yellow light doesn't even blink anymore. I bought a cheap knock-off SATA network adaptor, and things haven't changed. Reading up on the issue, sounds like I might have popped a fuse on the motherboard. Is there any way to test that before I tear the whole thing down.

Thanks guys.
