the application (PS4 Tools) for firmware 7.55 freezes my PS4

Hello friends, a question I have been having problems with the (PS4 Tools App}, it freezes before showing the menu and also sometimes it freezes the entire ps4 without letting me close the application, it just freezes it and I have to re-jailbreak and try to make the (App ps4 tools) work but I have not been able to make it work and that by the way I download it from here from the link provided by psx-place, what will I be doing wrong? Comments or ideas will be well received, thank you

he's on here sometimes, but not often, so it could be a while before you receive a response. I haven't gotten into the homebrew stuff much, except I have orbis ftp and file manager on my ps4 now. both will allow overriding files to dangerous locations. I overrode the file to the boot up sound, but I didn't save it (just tested it), and it worked. it doesn't work with normal goldhen though.
