Why doesn't it work, SCPH-75004 there is also a slim version.

Last thing that comes to my mind is to Remove all settings:

Maybe you have something turn on like GSM, VMC, etc that is causing this issue.

VMC - no create VMC card 1 and 2
PADEMU - off

OPL Stable 1.1.0 SMB - works well

OPL Beta 1.2.0 2125 SMB - works well

My PS2 model is SCPH-90008. I use redump images and don't use PADEMU, VMC, GSM.
