PS3 the system software cannot be run correctly [HELP]

Earlier today I was installing a custom theme for my REBUG 4.82 CEX CONVERTED TO DEX.
I was doing everything from Filezilla I was told from a YT video to
replace Lines.qrc with the modified one with the custom
XMB Lines. After I restarted my ps3, then my ps3 never booted into the XMB.

Here's what I got instead:
error fix the system software cannot be run correctly.jpg
So far I haven't tried anything. I jailbroke my ps3 through PS3XPLOIT on the ps3 browser
and installed CFW by USB.

Model: PS3 Slim CECH-2002B
Version: 4.82 Rebug DEX

Follow on screen steps, use rebug D-rex 4.82 PUP. Anyway, rebug is problematic from recovery, and what worst you are on dex. So there is probably no safe alternative (not sure about ps3ita).

try to reinstall rebug via usb, it looks like your Lines.qqrc could have got corrupted, if that doesn't work try a different cfw like ferrox and if that doesn't work reinstall ofw 4.82 then jailbreak it again via ps3xploit

scrap that sorry didn't see you were on dex which im not familiar with so above steps could be wrong

Am I able to just reset my system to ofw? I don't care about doing everything over again.

As you are stuck in recovery, if I were you I would first try what kozarovv advised in post #2 ie install a Rebug D-REX 4.82 PUP.
If ever you experience problems restoring Rebug D-REX 4.82 ie installation error, you may want to try installing an older Rebug D-REX such as D-REX 4.46 then if successful boot to XMB & update to D-REX 4.82 from there.

You can get all the available Rebug D-REX PUP files from rebug.me.

FIXED!

Thank you to everyone who took time out of their day to help me with a corruption in my ps3. Thanks for helping, goodday to all!
