There's no "PSN" option in my PS3

Hello, guys, I hope someone can help me.

I follow all the steps to install Hen in my device and got advertised to don't try to activate "background download pkg" but unconsciously I did it, and couldn't download games anymore, because it was appearing a message saying I could access the page, or something like this. Then, trying to fix it I "restored factory defaults", and did the steps to install the Hen again, but I just noticed that instead of the Login in PSN there was a "Subscribe" and when I clicked there it was saying me to update the system, but when I try to do it, a PS3Xploit message appear and say to remain on this firmware.

I'm stuck, because I can't play. When I download a game from ###EDITED###, just appear a message saying I have to login the PSN, but I cannot do it, for all I just said.

Can someone help me with it?

To connect to PSN you must update to hfw 4.88 & update HEN.
