PS3 "This software cannot be started due to region restrictions" after spoofing to 4.87 with Sen

I bought an jailbroken PS3 from somebody, which worked like it should. The only thing is that the guy who sold it to me removed his own PSN accounts from the PS3. When I tried to login on my PSN account I got an error code (80023017). The guy suggested me to update my SEN Enabler and spoof to 4.87, which I did.

After updating SEN Enabler and enableling PSN/SEN, I restarted my PS3 and now I can no longer open any app or game. It says 'This software cannot be started due to region restrictions'. This also happens with Rebug Toolbox or SEN Enabler so I am kinda stuck.

I tried multiple things and I have been searching and trying to fix this for hours now. I restored the PS3 but that didn't do anything except removing the games I had. I tried reinstalling Rebug using the hen file and usb but the PS3 is still spoofed to 4.87 so I am unable to do that.

I am using, as far as I know:
- DEX 4.78.2
- Rebug (not sure which version but the toolbox is v2.02)

I can still access the webMAN MOD site and connect to the PS3 with CCAPI Console Manager.

Please help me out here I appreciate the time.

I fixed this issue by updating my system to the same rebug version. Rebug pup file on usb in PS3/UPDATE/, start ps3 via safe mode then nr6 update via usb.
