To not be opening several topics for each problem i have some doubts if you can help me.

1 - Is it any problem for me to download a PSN game and play it on PS3?
In other words, a PSN game is the same as the other games?
And i could play without banishment problems?

2 - The SingStar symbol when i'm offline disappears. Only appears when I'm
online. Is that so?

3 - I recently buy a command unofficial for PS3. It takes quite a while to charge
the battery about 7 or more hours connected to pc.
Is it normal these commands take all this time to charge the battery?

if you download PSN games from PSN Store then you need an access to PSN,
However if you already downloaded or backed up your own PSN games and want to play it WITHOUT PSN,
Then this should be OK

I assume your "a command unofficial for PS3" meaning a third party Dual shock 3 controller.
Well I forgot how long it takes for the official controller to be charged. I think it will depend on the battery size

Mine is 500mAh and according to the result of googling, it usually takes about 2 hours for full charge

Singstar is part of a few entries automatically added to the XMB when a PSN account has been associated with the ps3 user profile. When a PSN connection is established, the list of icons to be added to xmb is updated according to your psn region, the xmb changes are then applied automatically.
Depending on the PSN account's region, the selection of added XMB entries can include Singstar or not.
However the added icons for applications like Singstar/Spotify/Amazon/Netflix don't get removed when disconnecting from PSN.
Once installed on xmb, the icons will not be removed unless you use wMM to do that.

At present, there are only 2 ways to remove the Singstar icon.
1. Manually by deleting or editing certain files.
2 Automatically by using the webMAN-MOD's "Remove Singstar Icon" feature.

Sorry for not mentioning, i have the CFW Rebug 4.81.2 Rex.
My region is EU.
When i connect the internet (not PSN), the SingStar icon appears, and when i turn off the internet and reset the PS3 the SingStar icon disappear.
In webMan Mod "Remove Singstar Icon" is not active.
This does not bother me but is it normal to be happening?
The control of the PS3 (not official) is more than 7 hours to load. Continues with the 4 lights flashing slowly, signal that is still loading.
So it's best not to install PSN games?

I have just explained about Singstar in post #3..
Just use the webMAN-MOD feature to get rid of this useless icon.

About psn games, Joonie also gave you the answer to your question in post #2.
PSN games are safe to download & install as long as you use psnpatch properly to go online.
Installing PSN games is not risky if you use psnpatch to prepare the console before connecting to PSN. The risks of ban come mainly from cheating & playing modded games online.
However if you cannot go online for whatever reason like using a banned id, you will only be able to install the PSN games you backed up if you made backups.
