PS3 "Too much entries in directory"

Hello, I'm trying to create a ISO for a certain game but it's not being possible. If I try to use PS3 ISO Tools then it just get stuck in the progress screen, task manager shows a high CPU usage but no disc usage and even letting a while it just seems freezed. I tried to use the makeps3iso from bucanero's github, and it shows me a error:

"Error!: Too much entries in directory:
*path of a game subfolder here*
Error in fill_entries()"

Irisman converting tool shows a similar error.
Is there any "fix" to that?

well, makeps3iso in my Github is still the original source code from Hermes/Estwald, so if the game image is hitting some file limit, there's nothing else to do unless someone spend time creating a new version with improved / fixed results.
(Irisman uses the same source of makeps3iso so the error will be the same)

One thing to test out would be the genps3iso tool, I know that the preferred tool is makeps3iso, but perhaps in this case genps3iso can handle the amount of files better.

Also no idea, but perhaps Managunz or Multiman have options to create ISO and can be tested out.

The game in question is Yakuza 0 with the ID BLJM61249. Yeah I didn't try yet with genps3iso or Multiman tool, I'm gonna have a look at it later.
By the way, are the tools on your Github any different than the ones in the "PS3 ISO TOOLS V2.2"? I made a ISO of Dark Souls with each tool and their hashes turned out differently. I don't think it's gonna cause any real issue, but I got curious if there's any more recent version.
