Trophies not syncing online

Hi, i have a PS3 Slim CFW 4.84 REBUG DEX and everytime i earn a trophy it will only save to the 'Offline' trophies not the 'Online' trophies and it's been bugging me for the past few months as ive got no way to fix this, ive tested multiple games and it just doesn't want to work. The only way i can sync trophies is by using the unlocked trophy folders and using BSD to resign them to my account and syncing them that way, is there a way to fix this weird issue?
 
Looks like your console is not attached to your PSN account. I'm not sure what could happen if you unlink your PS3 and then link it again, I'm suspecting that a new act.dat file will be created but I could be wrong about it since the PSN ID and the console ID are the same.

how do i attach or unlink it?
 
You've mentioned that your PS3 is using REBUG DEX. Did you try to sync your trophies on 4.89 CEX FW?.

Bear in mind that you must use Evilnat's 4.89 CFW in order to get online as Sony changed the login strategy for PSN.

Yes i own a OFW 60GB PHAT and it will sync online trophies perfectly, im using 4.84 as ive heard it's the last 'DEX' firmware
 
Trophies are synced properly (if You have NP Account ID and Sony still accepts DEX requests) but they have debug flag so You will not see them online via webapi or on other Sony consoles. There is no workaround for this other than resigning trophies. That's one of the consequences of having DEX Target ID.

what i can't get my head around is ive done it before though during the end of 2019 and in the 2020 lockdown
 
You wasn't on DEX maybe. This is how Sony start filtering trophies since around 4.21 fw. I know that because I like trophies and uses a lot DEX after CEX2DEX method revealed because back in days, there wasn't CFW past 3.55 other than Cobra+dongle and TrueBlue shit.

very strange, kinda sad since know ive got to buy a new OFW or find my old OFW :/
