Trophies when i connect PSN

Hello.
When i connect to PSN to read messages or send messages, the games trophies are loaded.
I can be worried about this?
I can send and receive messages without worrying to be banned?

Any time, and that means anytime you connect to psn, you should be using psn patch to disable syscalls. Doesn't matter what you are doing you should always practice this method , whether it's for msgs, netflix, playing online, or connecting to the store. I always use PSNpatch when i'm online.
The trophies that i won was to play the games normally such as Fifa 17, Little Big Planet, Gran Turismo 6, GTA5, The Last of Us, Virtua Tennis 4, Watch Dogs, Cars 2, Diablo III and others.
I did not use tricks to get trophies.
I can play the games normally without problems?
