Trouble installing HEN on 4.85 HFW

I have no idea what i'm doing wrong. I installed it countless times before on 4.84, now my ps3 hangs on installing hen. Can someone help me figure out what i'm doing wrong?

You can try to rebuild your database through Recovery Mode, as well as clear browser cache/cookies to see if that helps.

Another thing that helps is if there is a failed install sometimes in the themes section it will show corrupted when trying to choose a theme due to the failed installer. Delete these then try again with cookies and cache cleared. Fixes the issue 99% of the time.
