PS4 TUTORIAL ADDING CLI AND LUA FILES

Hi, guys!

I am a new member and I need a tutorial how can I add CLI and LUA files from forum.
I know how to put a LUA file in PS2-FPKG_v0.6 but I don't know how to put a CLI file.
Can you help me guys?
What apps do I need and what are the steps to put LUA and CLI files?
I saw the thread "[TIP] Creating PS2 emulator patch pkg files" but I don't understand how to do it.

Copy the cli file and paste it in your txt file

or build manually:

Do you mean that I take a config-emu.txt from the emulator i wanted to use and at the end of txt file I copy what's inside the CLI file right?

Or can I take what's inside CLI and I paste it in a file with txt extension and I name it config-emu.txt?

I have seen many of your posts. I have been trying to get Scarface to work using different PS2 to PS4 programs with no success. I'm assuming PS2-fpkg is the best to use. I have really tried to get Scarface to work with the cli and lua configs but I just think I'm missing something small. I would really appreciate any help. I have read and watched many tutorials and videos, it's been kicking my butt...

cause even i tried it n install on ma ps4, is always failed n show error ce-...
