so if you are trying to do an (already PKG PSN Game) you don't have to do all this , just resign pkg and its rap file and then install with HAN :D

Guitar Hero Games don't have LIC.DAT and LICDIR, i created and input in folder...
Well, i try and now i installing the game, soon i post a feedback about
 
Hi!
The pkg linker does not work as it should, I tried everything to work (from connecting ps3 to pc and router) but nothing, I have looked at the ip and are perfect but still not working as it should
Edit: I looked at the ip from CMD with ipconfig to verify if the ip was correct and was the same but when I put it in the browser does not connect anything
 
I convert right, but one stay BLUS and other NPUB

Installing UMVC3 right now... the installation was doing great but since 67% kinda takes a lot to progress... kinda looks stuck at 70%... is that normal?

i don't know exactly where problem can be ... i tried my games with Splitting method with USB
never tried PKG Linker *yet*

if its stucking with PKG Linker , then check if its not with WIFI , and if its direct with cable then check your connection.
also sometimes it can be PKG itself too ... check your PKG file too

the way you doing it is probably wrong ... re check your steps and read it again , if you can't read it well then use a translator to translate it to your Language ;)

not using pkg linker, can't and umvc3 is just about 2.70-2.80gb so, no need, but, its weird that the game started to progress super slow at 67% more or less, still took time but looks like its starting to install again like normal, I don't fully understand the split pkg method but i need it so... i'll ask about it "tomorrow" xD
 
If I use this to install a modded game,would I still need to have Han enabled whenever I play? I own a jp digital version of it, also would it be safe to keep playing with it after or is a ban risk regardless of what I do with the Han...
 
Enable han and debug pkg only when you installing pkg games after completing installation no need to enable anything
This is only applicable for converted disc games and for psn pkg we need to enable HAN every time we turn on ps3.

One thing, for instance BLUS12345 will become NPUB12345, so it's not suppose to be named as a real PSN ID of the game right?
