PS4 ULaunchELF Directly causing crashing if patched into game Before PKG.

like the title states i've had done something w/ some games for my PS3 Phat ( the ambient temps in my areas are just too high to be breaking out the CECHA01) by patching into the dump before creating the fPKG, ulaunchelf & Codebreaker, for IF i felt like using cheats.

its dumping back to XMB when it ends up trying to load ulaunchelf w/ error CE-34878-0. i know there's the ulaunchelf launcher, is it using a special version or is there something im derping on? if its not possible to run it like im trying to (ulaunchelf -> codebreaker -> Back to ulaunchelf [patched codebreaker to exit to it.] -> then Main Game executable , how hard is it to create codes based on Codebreaker to the recent PS2 support in GoldHen's Cheat manager?

I don't understand what You have wrote on first paragraph.

I'm not familiar with PS4 scene but I highly doubt You can make such cheats for PS2 games. Mainly because there are many PS2 emulators (each game ported have its own build, configfured and src prepared for it alone) and because emulated RAM in emulator is not the same in PS4 RAM. Plus memory is protected, and addresses randomized AFAIR.

Be sure You disc image is properly made. Try different emulator and/or different uLE version (4.42d, 4.40h, ISR, wLE from FMCB 1.9xx etc.).

PS: On PS4 there is no XMB but PS4DM.

Most uLE builds needs the command "--ee-ignore-segfault=read" to not crash on PS4. Red Faction 2, KoF98, and the Jak emus have this command.

how would i add the command in (using PS2-FPKG Beta 0.7) or is that something i gotta set n compile uLE?

each dump was working prior to patching in to load uLE First, as for the confusion on what to call the main menu, a few tools i have used when exiting say "Return to XMB?" sorry.
