PS3 Ultimate tool box

I installed ultimate tool box the beta one on my ps3 4.90 then deleted it and reinstalled the cfw because it changed some things in the xmb now every thing back to normal but I don't how to remove this

Delete Ultimate Toolbox from Game Data if it's found there.

Delete Ultimate Toolbox from Game Data if it's found there.

I found it in (game) folder and now it's deleted
