unable to install the trophy data

good day to all, can someone help me.. i try downloading nba2k18 but after i run the game.. a message showed up and say unable to install the throphy data.. can u guys help me on how to fix this?

is it a pkg? or a folder/iso?
 
I've fixed this in three ways: try different cfw, delete trophy data in home folder and try to reinstall, and use a different profile/account.
 
btw, did you say you downloaded the iso? rule number one is no piracy talk or help. if that's the case, you'll have to ask whomever you got that game from instead of here.
